A 10% discount from our regular prices (as above) is given to schools and charity organizations.

Applicable to a group of maximum 38 persons only:
If you charter us on Wednesday or Friday and board our boat at 1pm at Tung Chung Pier for a half day dolphin watching tour, you can enjoy a special rate of $4,000 per trip.

Optional Extras:
Air-conditioning: can be provided on 38 pax and 58 pax boats with an additional charge of $500. 100 and 150 boats are non air-conditioned.
Round trip bus (air-conditioned): to Tung Chung costs $1100 for 24/29 seats, $1400 for 50 seats, $1500 for 56/60 seats.
Lunch: can be arranged at a restaurant in Tai O or an on-board buffet. (please call us for menu and more information.)

Trip Duration:
We generally need at least 3 hours from Tung Chung or Tuen Mun to ensure a good sighting, but any more time will increase your chances. We can also leave from Tsuen Wan public pier, in which case we would need at least 5 hours on the water, or Queen's Pier/TST Pier for at least 7 hours. For lunch in Tai O, you should factor in at least another two hours.

Reservation and payment
Please fill in the application form （please click to download） and return to us by fax or by e-mail. We need a 50% deposit for reservation, and the other 50% at least two week before the trip.

Payment can be made through our bank account in Hong Kong Bank no. 144-297561-001, or you can send a cheque payable to Hong Kong Dolphinwatch Ltd. to our office: 1528A, Star House, TST, Kowloon.

Cancellations
We cancel the trip if there is typhoon signal 3 of higher, or black thunderstorm warning, otherwise we go ahead. If you want to cancel, you have to notify us at least 1 week before the trip and there will be a cancellation charge of 20% of the total amount. The trip cannot be cancelled for any notice shorter than that. If you still wish to cancel, a full charge will have to be collected.

Note:
We have seen dolphins on more than 97% of our trips. If no dolphins are seen, we will consider running another trip at a discounted price for the same group. Our go-again guarantee is not applicable to the charter dolphinwatch.

Personal Accident Insurance is included, covering for travelers who join for a one day tour within Hong Kong. Maximum benefits per person is HK$100,000.
